1. The service
Piano locations, opening hours, availability, ratings and community posts may be submitted by users and can change. Verify access before travelling and follow venue rules.
2. Accounts
China accounts may use phone verification; international accounts may use Google and, when available, Apple. Keep access to your login method secure and do not sell or transfer accounts.
3. Community conduct
- Submit information you reasonably believe is accurate.
- Do not post illegal, infringing, sexual-solicitation, harassing, privacy-invasive, spam, advertising or unsafe content.
- Only upload media and links you have the right to share.
- Do not automate requests, manipulate engagement or evade safety limits.
4. Your content
You retain your lawful rights. You grant Toccata a non-exclusive licence limited to hosting, processing, displaying and sharing your content as needed to operate the service.
5. Moderation and blocking
We may review, hold, hide or remove content and restrict accounts. Users can report content and block other users. Reports and safety records may be retained for a limited period to protect the service.
6. Account deletion
You can request deletion in the app. Personal posts, comments, media and interactions are removed. Approved public-piano records and accepted corrections may remain without your identity. Processing starts immediately and completes within seven days if a provider temporarily fails.
7. Third-party services
The service uses map providers, Supabase, Vercel, Sentry and external video platforms. Their availability and separate terms may apply.
