Delete your Toccata account

You can request deletion of your Toccata account and associated personal data here, even if you no longer have the app.

If you can sign in

Open your web account settings, choose Delete account, and confirm the request. You can also use Delete account in the app settings.

If you cannot sign in

Email us to request account deletion. If possible, write from the email address linked to your account and include enough information to identify it. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data. Never send a password or verification code.

What happens to your data

Your personal posts, comments, media and interactions are removed. Approved public-piano records and accepted corrections may remain without your identity. Automated deletion normally finishes immediately; temporary provider failures may require retries for up to seven days. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
